Workshop: Promoting Youth Leadership
Create opportunities and build the facilitation skills young people need to step up and take on responsibility. Come prepared to stand up, speak up and team up! Build your skills as a leader who can model confidence and promote leadership with young people in your programs. The skills we will address are standing in your power, engaging all voices and increasing youth participation. You will have an opportunity to work these skills as you explore strategies to take back to site. This is your chance to get facilitative and take your youth leadership programming to the next level.
